Large, long blondel Midnight Blue (LP)-Tuscan olive-gold picture frame-mirror

A large, oblong old Blondel picture frame has been given new life and function. It now lives on as a mirror. I used a new brand of paint and therefore a new colour to paint the frame. It turned midnight blue, then I painted it with Tuscan Olive, which I back-painted so the olive colour shows through the recesses. I highlighted the embellishments with gold. I finished off with silk gloss water based parquet shapes. The result is a great vintage piece with a beautiful unique colour scheme that will fit well into any interior.
